Not 100% satisfied with your product?
Did your order arrive in a damaged state? Did you receive the wrong order?
Did your order arrive but the size is wrong and you wish you exchange it?
We accept returns on items that are in original condition, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Before anything else, contact us at email@example.com with a return request. Include a valid reason for return, a proof of purchase and your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the original packaging, with tags, unused and in the same condition you received it. Items that show obvious signs of use, damage not caused by us or are not in the original condition will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item, please consider purchasing a return shipping with tracking information.
30% restocking fee may apply.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
